Accessibility, Inclusion & Diversity statement

At ODODO, we are committed to creating online and in-person spaces where people feel welcome, respected, and supported.

We believe everyone deserves spaces where they can breathe, belong, and be themselves. Accessibility, inclusion, and diversity are not afterthoughts — they are central to how we design our experiences.

Our Commitment

We are committed to meeting our responsibilities under the Equality Act 2010 and to continuously learning, listening, and improving.

We recognise that accessibility is not one-size-fits-all, and that people’s needs vary. As an independent organisation, we aim to be open, honest, and proactive in working with individuals to create the most inclusive experience possible.

While some factors may be outside of our direct control, we will always make reasonable efforts to ensure our spaces are as accessible and welcoming as we can.

What We’re Doing

Wherever possible, we aim to:

Choose venues that are accessible and inclusive

Create environments that feel physically and emotionally safe, recognising that safety looks different for different people

Provide clear, transparent information in advance so participants can make informed choices

Welcome assistance dogs, subject to venue policies

Hold all interactions with care, respect, and dignity

For online sessions, we aim to use platforms that are widely accessible and provide clear guidance ahead of time.

How You Can Help Us Support You

If you have access needs, health conditions, neurodivergence, mobility considerations, sensory sensitivities, or any other requirements that may help us support you better, we encourage you to let us know when booking or by contacting us directly.

📧 [email protected]

We may not be able to meet every need perfectly, but we promise to listen, communicate openly, and do our very best to accommodate you wherever reasonably possible.

Ongoing Commitment

Accessibility and inclusion are ongoing practices. We welcome feedback and are committed to evolving our approach as we learn more and grow.

If you have suggestions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
