AURA is a four-week live online program built around one thing: helping your nervous system find its way back to safety, so the rest of you can follow.

It's not a course. It's not self-improvement. You're not here to become a better version of yourself or to fix anything that's broken. You're here to remember how to inhabit yourself again, to feel present in your own skin, to breathe without forcing it, to stop bracing.

  • U - Unravel: Gently releasing what's been held - tension, old patterns, the things you carry without realising

  • R - Rhythm: Finding your own pace again - working with your energy instead of constantly overriding it

Each week builds on the last, and each session is live so you're not alone in a course portal at 11pm wondering if it's actually doing anything. You show up, together, and we do it in real time.

Why this feels different

No amount of thinking can calm a body that doesn't feel safe.

Most approaches, therapy, coaching, self-help, work at the level of the mind. They're valuable. But they often miss the part that's actually running the show: your nervous system.

If your system is stuck in a pattern of high alert, even subtly, even when nothing's "wrong", insight alone won't shift it. Your body needs something different. It needs to be shown, through actual experience, that it's safe to settle.

AURA works at that level. Through guided breathwork, somatic practices, and nervous-system-informed slowing down, we create the conditions for your system to regulate - naturally, without force.

A note from me

Why I built this

I created AURA because I needed it. Not a version of it, this specific thing. A place to come back to my body. A space that wasn't asking me to improve or perform or push. Somewhere I could just… settle.

I'd done the therapy. The coaching. The personal development. I understood my patterns, I could name my triggers, I could explain myself in beautiful detail. And my body was still braced. Still running on a low-level hum of anxiety that no amount of insight was shifting.

The shift came when I stopped trying to think my way out of it. When I started working with my breath, with my body, with the actual physical experience of being me. That's what AURA is, the thing that I wish had existed sooner.

I run this live because I want to be in the room with you. Not broadcasting at you from a pre-recorded video, but actually there, feeling what the group needs, holding the space, adapting in real time. That's where the magic is. And a small group means you're not lost in a crowd. You're seen.

A few questions you might have

I've never done breathwork or somatic work before. Is that okay?

Completely. You don't need any background in any of this. I'll guide you through everything, and the practices are designed to be accessible, you won't be thrown in the deep end. The only thing you need is a willingness to show up and try.

What if I can't make every live session?

Every session is recorded and you'll have access to all of them. Showing up live is where most of the magic happens, the shared energy, the real-time support, but life happens and I want you to be able to do this without it adding more pressure. Do what you can.

How much time do I need each week?

The live session each week which is approx 60-90 mins, plus the practices I share which are genuinely doable (we're talking minutes, not hours.) AURA is designed for people with full lives. I'm not going to ask you to carve out two hours a day. The whole point is that this fits into real life, not some imaginary version of it.

Is this therapy?

No. AURA is a wellness and embodiment program, it's not a clinical or therapeutic intervention. If you're working with a therapist or mental health professional, this can work beautifully alongside that. If you're in active crisis, please reach out to a professional who can offer that level of support.

I'm already pretty self-aware. Is there still something here for me?

Honestly, AURA is often most powerful for exactly this person. You understand yourself well. What AURA does is take that understanding and help it land in your body, bridging the gap between knowing and actually feeling it shift. That's a different kind of work, and for a lot of people, it's the missing piece.

What if it's not right for me?

Before you join, you're welcome to reach out and have a conversation. I'd rather you make the right decision for yourself than sign up because you felt you should. If it's not the right fit right now, I'll tell you honestly.

When does it next run?

AURA runs in January, March, June, and September each year. It's deliberately small and instructor-led, which means it's not open all the time. The waitlist is the best way to be first to know when the next intake opens, and to hear about any early-bird pricing.
